Disable a service user
If a service user is no longer needed, you can disable it. Disabled service users can be re-enabled if required.

Before disabling a service user, ensure your API integrations will continue working:
Replace the service user ID token in your API integrations with an active token.
API integrations using a disabled service user will stop working immediately.
To disable a service user

Sign in to DigiCert ONE.
Navigate to the Manager menu icon (top-right), select Account.
In the left navigation menu, select Access > Service users.
On the Service users page:
Locate the service user by its Friendly name.
Hover over the friendly name until the More actions (⁝) icon appears.
Select ⁝ > Disable.
