Understand the audit logs in DigiCert ONE
Audit logs help you review user activity, investigate security events, and track administrative changes in DigiCert ONE. DigiCert ONE provides two types of audit logs:
Platform audit logs
Track account-level activity across DigiCert ONE, including:
Sign in and sign out activity
Password changes
IP addresses
User lockouts
Authentication changes
User role changes
Other platform administration actions
Actions tracked in platform audit logs
The following actions performed by you and users in your account can be tracked in the DigiCert ONE audit logs.
Action | Description |

Create | View actions where new resources or configurations were added. |
Update | Check for modifications or updates made to existing resources. |
Delete | Review actions that resulted in the deletion of resources. |
Login | Track successful sign in attempts by users. |
Login error | Identify unsuccessful sign in attempts and possible security issues. |
Logout | Monitor the date and time that you and other users in your account sign out of the system. |
Update password | Review instances where you and other users in your account changed their passwords. |
Update TOTP | Check updates related to time-based one-time password (TOTP) configurations. |
Terms and conditions | Track the time and date that you and the users in your account accepted the terms and conditions. |
Send reset password | View actions where reset password emails are sent to you and other users in your account. |
