Trust store statuses

The status indicates the current state of a trust store endpoint or provisioning request.

Endpoint status

To view the status of an endpoint, go to Inventory > Trust stores > Endpoints, find the endpoint in the table, and check the Status column.

Status

Description

Active

The trust store is successfully configured and up to date on the endpoint.

Action needed

Provisioning to the trust store has failed. This is due to a credential issue or the agent being unavailable.

In progress

A provisioning request is currently being processed for the trust store.

Provisioning request status

To view the status of a provisioning request, go to Inventory > Trust stores > Provisioning history​, find the request in the table, and check the Status column.

Status

Description

Success

The provisioning request was completed successfully on the target agent.

Partial

The provisioning request was partially successful, meaning that one or more provisioning actions completed successfully while others failed. In the All requests view, this status represents the overall result of the provisioning request for an agent. When a provisioning request includes multiple trust store locations (multi-location delivery), the status reflects the combined outcome of all provisioning actions. For example, a request can have a Partial status if provisioning succeeds for some trust store locations and fails for others.

Failed

The provisioning request failed and was not applied to the target agent.

In progress

The provisioning request is currently being processed on the target agent.
