Added REST API endpoints - Support batch enrollment, create enrollment profile, and create device profile.
Enhancements
GlobalPlatform certificates - Now have discretionary data support. Requests for GlobalPlatform certificates can pass up to 127 bytes of data in tag 53 unformated binary data or tag 73 BER TLV formatted data.
Batch enrollment - Supports server side key generation. A batch request can be made without CSRs. In this case DigiCert will generate the key pairs and will provide the private keys and certificates in the encrypted response file.
Certificate profiles - Can limit which key types are allowed to be used in a certificate request.
