Link to CertCentral

Ability to link a CertCentral account to your Enterprise PKI Manager account such that it can be used to issue Public and Private TLS certificates from CAs available in your linked CertCentral account.

New profile templates for CertCentral as issuing CA

Introducing two new templates for CertCentral that can be used to create profiles to issue public or private certificates from CertCentral via the ACME protocol:

  • CertCentral Private Server Certificate

  • CertCentral Public TLS Server Certificate

To use these new templates, you require access to Automation licenses and the Automated certificate management feature enabled on your account.

Support for public trust using ACME

  • Enroll DV certificates using ACME automation and fulfill DV challenge (DNS.01 or HTTP.01) using ACME protocol.

  • Enroll OV/EV certificates using ACME automation using pre-validated organizations and domains.

  • Issue certificates from one or more private CAs configured in your CertCentral account.

LDAP Service

New LDAP service that allows searching for certificates, Issuing CAs and CRL via an LDAP client, for profiles configured with a flag to enable LDAP searching.

For on-premise DigiCert ONE customers, follow the instructions inside the DigiCert ONE deployment guide for details on how to configure your LDAP FQDN value, used as a public-facing LDAP interface for end-users to be able to consume.

Autoenrollment Server enhancements (Gemalto DPoD)

Qualification of the Gemalto Data Protection on Demand (DPoD) cloud HSM solution using the Gemalto Universal Client 10.5 via the DigiCert Autoenrollment Server.

Dashboard redesign and enhancements

  • Redesign of the various widgets within the dashboard:

    • Split the Certificate and Seat usage widgets into two.

    • The Certificate usage widget now includes Expired certificates.

    • The Seat usage widget supports two different views: data and grid view.

  • Moved relevant filters inside the widgets, but kept an overall/global Business Unit filter at the top of the dashboard page.

  • Added a new Recovery approvals widget to show pending 2nd recovery requests.

  • Added tooltips to the various widgets explaining their usage.
