Approve or reject a certificate request
Only users who have the x_dice_digicertone.business_owner role can approve or reject certificate requests. Contact your admin to grant you permission to approve or reject requests.
From the left navigation menu, select Pending certificate requests.
For any certificate that has a Pending approval status, select the three-dot icon from that row.
Choose to approve, reject, or cancel this request. Note that you can always return to DigiCert ONE Trust Lifecyle Manager to view and manage issued certificates from the Inventory page.
Need more information before you decide? Select the request number to view the full certificate request. The certificate request page has a dropdown menu at the top-right where you can approve or reject it.
