Request a certificate

  1. In the DigiCert Trust Lifecycle Manager app in ServiceNow, select Certificates from the left navigation menu.

  2. Select Request a certificate.

  3. On the certificate request form, select an available certificate profile to use from the dropdown menu.

  4. Depending on the profile, you may be required to enter a Certificate Signing Request (CSR). If so, paste your CSR in the field provided. Don't have a CSR? Use the link to generate one.

  5. Fill out the rest of the form with the information requested.

  6. Select Submit request.

  7. A business owner from your organization must approve the request.
