Create certificate profiles
You create certificate profiles in DigiCert ONE Trust Lifecycle Manager to define the types of certificates that can be requested from ServiceNow.
DigiCert provides base templates to help you create certificate profiles. Select Manage > Templates from the Trust Lifecycle Manager main menu to see the complete list of templates assigned to your account.
Certificate templates that show ServiceNow integration in the Use cases column can be used to build profiles for requesting certificates through the ServiceNow app. See the below list for a summary of the supported templates.
To work with ServiceNow, select one of the supported combinations of enrollment/authentication methods shown below when creating your certificate profiles.
To get certificates from an issuing CA in DigiCert® CertCentral, you need an available connector under Trust Lifecycle Manager Integrations > Connectors. A connector is not required to use issuing CAs in DigiCert® CA Manager.
