Alert templates

DigiCert​​®​​ Trust Lifecycle Manager supports over 40 different alerts templates that are broadly classified into eight different categories. To view different alerts templates:

  1. Go to the Policies > Alerts page.

  2. Select Create.

  3. On the Alert templates page, use the Filter by category dropdown to view alert templates by alert category.

  • 1. Select this option to receive alerts every six hours listing all newly discovered certificates.

  • 2. Select this option to receive a single daily alert listing all discovered certificates that have expired.

  • 3. Select this option to schedule an alert listing all discovered certificates approaching expiration.

  • 4. Select this option to receive an email alert when a certificate revocation is requested. Use the link in the email to confirm the revocation.

What's next

Create a new alert

To create a new alert, select an alert type from the list. Each alert template listed in the table is predefined and includes common conditions to trigger alert notifications.

You can customize the alert by updating recipients, conditions, and actions. You can also configure how notifications are delivered, including emails, messaging platforms such as Slack, webhooks, and incident tracking platforms such as ServiceNow. Manage system alerts

You can modify existing alerts, update configurations, and control (Enable or Disable) when they’re active. For more information, see Manage alerts.
