Deactivate an account credit card

Deactivate a saved credit card that expired, was replaced, or is no longer needed to prevent it from being used for future orders or renewals.

Before you begin

  • Account type: Enterprise and Partner accounts. Navigation is Finances > Credit Cards.

  • Role required: The user who added the card. Cards are personal and only the user who added a card can see and deactivate it.

  • Restrictions: Deactivation is permanent and cannot be undone. Cards cannot be deleted from CertCentral, deactivation is the only removal option.
