Enable or disable CT log monitoring and notifications
Enable CT log monitoring on a Secure Site Pro certificate order to start monitoring public CT logs for TLS/SSL certificates issued for the domains on the order. Disable CT log monitoring when you no longer need to monitor CT logs for the order.
By default, CT log monitoring sends urgent notifications within minutes when a non-DigiCert TLS/SSL certificate is issued for a domain on a Secure Site Pro certificate order. Enable or disable urgent notifications for a specific certificate authority (CA) as needed.
Before you begin
The Secure Site Pro certificate must be issued and active. CT log monitoring is not available for orders that are pending issuance, expired, or revoked.
Enable or disable CT log monitoring
In the CertCentral main menu, go to Certificates > Orders.
Select the Secure Site Pro certificate's order number.
On the Order details page:
To enable: select Enable CT log monitoring.
To disable: in the CT logs dropdown, select Disable CT log monitoring.

Disabling CT log monitoring removes access to CT log monitoring results for the order and stops all Daily Digest and Urgent email notifications for domains on the order.
After enabling, CT log monitoring begins gathering certificates from public CT logs. To view results, in the CT logs dropdown, select View CT Logs.
Enable or disable urgent notifications for a CA
In the CertCentral main menu, go to Certificates > Orders.
Select the Secure Site Pro certificate's order number.
On the Order details page, in the CT logs dropdown, select Manage notifications.
On the Manage CT monitoring notifications page, locate the CA and select Manage notifications.
In the Manage CT log notification preferences panel:
To disable urgent notifications: select Disable email notifications for "[CA Name]".
To enable urgent notifications: clear Disable email notifications for "[CA Name]".
Select Submit.
