Create user
You can control who can access your DigiCert® account and what they can do. Follow the steps in this documentation to add a new user and configure their access to services and permissions.
To find your user group
DigiCert アカウントにサインインします。
右上のプロフィールアイコンから ［ユーザーの詳細を表示］を選択します。
Identify the Group field, this field displays either Account admin or Account user.
To create a user
DigiCert アカウントにサインインします。
DigiCert アカウントメニューで、［アクセス］アイコンを選択します。
［ユーザーの作成］を選択します。
［個人情報］セクションの以下のフィールドを入力します。

名
ユーザーの名を入力します。
姓
ユーザーの姓を入力します。
メールアドレス
ユーザーのメールアドレスを入力します。
ユーザー名
デフォルトではメールアドレスが使用されます。必要に応じて編集して、カスタムのユーザー名に変更できます。
電話番号
国番号を含むユーザーの電話番号を入力します。
［Account access］セクションの以下のフィールドに入力します。

DigiCert アカウント
ユーザーがアクセスできるようにするアカウントを 1 つ以上選択します。
ヒント
アクセスできるアカウントが 1 つのみの場合、デフォルト値でそのアカウントが選択され、変更することはできません。
ユーザーグループ
ユーザーに割り当てるユーザーグループを選択します。
アカウント管理者
このユーザーには、アカウント情報の表示、DigiCert サービスの有効化、ワンタイムパスワード（OTP）の作成、変更、アカウント内のユーザーの削除を行うことができる高度な権限が与えられています。
アカウントユーザー
このユーザーは、自分のユーザープロファイルを表示し、アカウント管理者により有効化された DigiCert サービスにアクセスできます。
注記
For CertCentral Retail, Trust Lifecycle, Software Trust, Document Trust, IoT Trust Managers, and KeyLocker, the user group also determines the default user role assigned to the user when these services are assigned to them.
For CertCentral Enterprise and Partner accounts, a CertCentral administrator must approve the new user request and assign them a role before the user can access CertCentral.
［Available services］
アカウントで現在有効になっているすべての DigiCert サービスが一覧表示されます。このユーザーがアクセスできるサービスを 1 つ以上選択します。
サービスの例は次のとおりです。

ヒント
この追加フィールドは以下の場合にのみ表示されます。
ユーザーに CertCentral が有効化されている場合。
複数の CertCentral アカウントがリンクされている場合。
このユーザーがアクセスできる CertCentral アカウントを 1 つ以上選択します。このオプションは、複数の CertCentral アカウントがデジサート組織にリンクされている場合にのみ表示されます。
［ユーザーの作成］を選択します。
ヒント
ユーザーが自身の認証情報を作成して DigiCert アカウントにアクセスするまで、ユーザーのステータスは［保留中］と表示されます。ユーザーがアクセスを完了すると、ステータスは ［アクティブ］に変わります。
Known issue: User not automatically created in DigiCert ONE
Issue
You created a user and assigned a DigiCert ONE service, such as: Document Trust, IoT Trust, Software Trust, and Trust Lifecycle Manager, however their user wasn’t automatically created in DigiCert ONE as expected.
Temporary workaround
To access the assigned service:
DigiCert アカウントにサインインします。
Select the service assigned to you.
On the Link your account page, select Don't have an account?
Select Join account.
