Sync user

This feature is available from version 1.2.0.

Use the Sync User functionality to update user information from your organization’s Identity Provider to DigiCert ONE, ensuring accurate certificate issuance.

This action is only available after signing in to DigiCert Trust Assistant.

  1. Click the avatar icon at the top right corner of the navigation header on the dashboard to open the menu.

  2. Select Sync User to start the re-login process and sync your user information. You will be redirected to the DigiCert ONE login page.

  3. On the DigiCert ONE login page, enter your Username (email address) and click Next.

  4. Click Sign in with your company’s SSO. You will be redirected to your organization’s single sign-in page. Enter your credentials to log in to your Identity Provider. If you are already logged in, this step will be skipped automatically.

  5. You will be redirected back to DigiCert ONE and then to DigiCert Trust Assistant. If prompted by your browser to open the application, click Open.

The dashboard will display a success message indicating that the user information has been synced.
