View alert records

DigiCert® Trust Lifecycle Manager records and maintains a history of all alerts triggered when configured conditions are met. You can view a record of alerts related to events, such as certificate lifecycle management, agent, sensor, connector, and profile, among others.

Each alert triggered is recorded in an internal database with the exact date and time at which it occurs. Trust Lifecycle Manager provides visibility into these alerts, allowing you to monitor alerts in real-time and review past alerts when needed.

You can view alert records in the following ways:

  • From the Policies > Alerts > Activity tab.

Alert records are displayed in a table.

  • From the Policies > Alerts page:

    1. Go to the Policies > Alerts page.

    2. Select the Alert name in the table.

    3. Select the More actions menu (three dots) at the end of the Alert-name details sidebar.

    4. Select View activity.
