Approval workflow when provisioning through DigiCert account
When administrator approval is required, newly provisioned users cannot access CertCentral until an administrator reviews and approves their request. This workflow applies when your provisioning settings are configured to require approval.
Before you begin
You must have Administrator access to approve provisioned users.
Notice
This approval step applies only when your provisioning settings require administrator approval. If automatic role assignment is configured, users gain access without approval.
Approve a provisioned user
In the CertCentral main menu, go to Account > Users.
Locate the user with a pending status.
Select the user and review their role and division access.
Assign the appropriate role and division restrictions.
Select Update user to approve access.
Access is granted after role assignment is complete.
