Division-level access
When divisions are enabled, user access can be restricted to specific divisions.
Division restrictions limit what a user can view and manage. A restricted user:
Can access only assigned divisions.
Cannot manage users or settings outside those divisions.
An unrestricted user can access all divisions in the account.
Division scope works in combination with role scope. A user must have both:
A role that permits the action.
Access to the division where the action occurs.
Division restrictions apply even to administrative roles. An administrator restricted to specific divisions cannot manage resources or settings outside those assigned divisions.
