EV approval roles
Users who request or approve extended validation (EV) certificates must have complete contact information in their CertCentral profile. Incomplete information can delay or prevent EV order processing.
Ensure the user record includes:
Job title
Phone number
Notice
Assign EV-related responsibilities only to users with the appropriate role and division scope.
