Access Secure Site priority validation
Secure Site certificates include priority validation. Priority validation places your order at the top of DigiCert's validation queue so agents respond to your certificate issuance needs first.
Before you begin
You must have an issued or pending Secure Site certificate order.
Have the certificate's order number.
Access priority validation
In the CertCentral main menu, go to Certificates > Orders.
Select the Secure Site certificate's order number.
On the Order details page, select Priority validation.
On the Priority validation page, use the priority validation phone, email, or chat contact methods to reach DigiCert support.
