Access report library

The Report Library is a powerful reporting tool that allows you to download more than 1000 records at a time. Use the Report Library to build, schedule, organize, and export reports to share and reuse.

When building reports, you control the report details and information, configure the columns and column order, choose the report format (CSV, JSON, or Excel), and schedule how often the report runs (once, weekly, or monthly). You receive a notification when the report is ready for download.

Notice

The Report Library requires Administrator access. If you are an administrator and do not see the Report Library in your account, contact your account manager or the DigiCert support team to enable it.

Managers, Finance Managers, Standard Users, and Limited Users do not have access to Reports.

Report types

CertCentral includes six report types:

Report type

Orders

Certificate-level inventory including status, start date, and end date

FQDN

Fully qualified domain name and wildcard usage and expiration

Domains

Domain validation status and expiration dates

Audit log

Account activity including sign-in events and high-impact changes

Balance history

Account financial transactions and balance changes

Organizations

Organization validation status, legal details, and revalidation tracking

Build a report

  1. In the CertCentral main menu, go to Reports.

  2. Select Build a report.

  3. Select the report category.

  4. Configure report filters as required.

  5. Select Build report.

When the report is ready, its status changes from Generating to Ready. Select Actions > Download to download the report.

Notice

Reports are stored for 90 days only. Download reports locally or schedule recurring runs to maintain ongoing access.
