Set minimum password length
Set the minimum number of characters required for all user passwords in your CertCentral account. The default minimum length is 12 characters.
Before you begin
You must have Administrator access to configure password settings. Confirm your chosen settings align with your organisation's password policy before saving.
Set password length
In the CertCentral main menu, go to Settings > Authentication Settings.
Select the Default settings tab.
Under Password settings, select the minimum length:
12 characters (default)
15 characters
18 characters
20 characters
Select Save.
