Update a corporate or technical contact

You can update an organization contact's name, address, email, type, title, or phone number.

To update an organization contact

  1. Sign in to DigiCert ONE.

  2. In the Managers (grid icon) menu, select Account.

  3. In the Account menu, go to Organizations.

  4. On the Organizations page, in the Name column, select the contact's organization.

  5. On the Organization details page, under Contacts, in the First name column, select the contact's name.

  6. On the Edit contact page, update the contact's information as needed.

  7. Select Update.
