Add Jira to your delivery settings
Add the ability to generate a Jira issue ticket when an alert is triggered. You must have an existing Jira account and proper permissions to configure your Jira account with DigiCert services.

Use a Jira service account to integrate your Jira instance with DigiCert alerts. This helps avoid disruption of service that may occur with a personal user account.
Your service account must have these access permissions:
Personal access token (PAT) (classic, unscoped)
Browse Projects permission
Create Issues permission
Add Attachments permission
Add your Jira account to your alert delivery settings
Sign into your DigiCert application and go to the alerts tool.
Trust Lifecyle Manager: Policies > Alerts
Select the Delivery settings tab. The page shows available delivery methods.
Select the Jira tile. The page shows your configured Jira accounts (if any).
Select Add. The Add Jira form opens to the right.
Enter a friendly Name for your Jira account.

Enter your Jira account URL. Make sure to include
https://and that the URL is accurate and accessible.Enter the Email and Personal access token (PAT) for your Jira service account. Make sure the service account includes the appropriate permissions described above.
Select Add. Your Jira account is configured and can be connected in your alerts.
