Test user creation and certificate issuance
After creating and sending the login link, you can proceed with testing the user creation and certificate issuance processes.
Test user creation
To test the user creation, refer to Signing in.
주의
Before testing the sequence, ensure you log out of DigiCert ONE if you're already logged in as an administrator. If not, the existing session will be reused, and you'll be automatically logged into DigiCert Trust Assistant during the process. For testing purposes, it’s recommended to create a new end-user entity in your Identity Provider.
View user information
You will be able to view user information in Account Manager. Refer to Users and access for more details.
To view custom attributes relayed from your Identity Provider (IdP) to DigiCert ONE, navigate to the Account Manager and perform the following steps:
Select Access > Users to show the list of all users.
Identify the user you want to view from the list and click on that user.
Scroll down to Identity provider (IDP) custom attributes section to view all the attributes relayed from your IdP.
Test certificate issuance and renewal
To test the automatic certificate issuance and renewal, refer to Certificate auto enroll and renew. For manual operation of certificate issuance and renewal, refer to Certificate manual enroll and renew.
Sync user
When user information changes in your organization’s Identity Provider (for example, an employee’s last name changes), make sure it is updated in DigiCert ONE, especially if this information is used in your certificate profile as User Info (see Creating DigiCert ONE Login Profile for details). You can synchronize user information through the DigiCert Trust Assistant by using the Sync User feature. For details about synchronizing the user, refer to Sync user.
View issued certificates
To view issued certificates from DigiCert ONE Login profiles, navigate to the Inventory page. In addition to filtering certificates by profile (see View Inventory for details), you can also filter certificates by the user’s email, which is relayed from your Identity Provider during user creation.
Select Add filters and columns.
Navigate to Add columns and select DigiCert ONE user.
