Alignment with EST RFC for EST clients not passing an authentication credential - When the initial 401 response is returned from IoT DM we have added 'WWW-Authentication' in the header.
Fixes
Fix for certificate profile where the CA Source is and external CA - There was an issue that blocked the creation of a certificate profile after selecting a CA source of a CA connector to DigiCert's CertCentral CIS API. This fix now allows for external CA connectors to be selected in DigiCert® IoT Trust Manager's certificate profiles.
