Dynamic Key Model extended to test keys - dynamic keys are now available for use with test signing workflows. Account admins can setup dynamic test keys which retain a static key alias but the keypair and certificate are refreshed after signing and release events so that the same private key and cert is used once and then replaced ahead of the next signature event.
