Enable adding non-CertCentral account users as verified contacts
By default, verified contacts for OV and EV certificate requests must be existing CertCentral account users. Enable this setting to allow users outside your CertCentral account to be added as verified contacts for OV and EV certificate orders.
Notice
Enabling this setting applies account-wide. Any certificate requester in your account can add non-CertCentral users as verified contacts. To limit who can add new contacts from request forms, see Limit who can add new contacts from request forms.
In the CertCentral main menu, go to Settings > Preferences.
Notice
For Subscription accounts, go to Validation > Organizations.
On the Preferences page, expand Advanced Settings.
In the Verified Contacts section, select Allow non-CertCentral users to be used as verified contacts.
Select Save Settings.
