Approve manual validation request

As a DigiCert​​®​​ Document Trust Manager (DTM) client admin, you are required to manually approve the signer if you do not select the Auto approve signer checkbox while creating a signup link.

To approve manual validation request:

  1. You will receive an email with a subject line of Review manual validation request.

  2. In the email, select Review which opens a web page.

  3. Sign in to DigiCert ONE.

  4. Hover over the validation you want to approve, select More actions > Approve.

  5. Fill out the form that appears.

  6. Select Approve validation.
