Disable and enable a device
If a device is no longer needed but may be needed again, you can disable it. Disabling a device removes it from the list of active devices on the Device management page.
Let op
Disabling a device's record does not affect the device that relies on it. The device can continue to use available endpoints and is updated if certificates are issued for it.
If needed, you can enable the device. After enabling a device, it will appear on the list of active devices on the Device management page.
In DigiCert ONE®, in the Manager menu (top right), select DigiCert® IoT Trust Manager.
In the DigiCert® IoT Trust Manager menu, select Devices > Device management.
On the Device management page, locate the device and select ellipses > Disable.
When you return to the Device management page, the Status of the profile is now Disabled. The device no longer appears on Device management page.
In DigiCert ONE®, in the Manager menu (top right), select DigiCert® IoT Trust Manager.
In the DigiCert® IoT Trust Manager menu, select Devices > Device management.
On the Device management page, in the Filter by column dropdown, select Status. In the Filter by value dropdown, select Disabled.
Locate the device and select ellipses > Enable.
When you return to the Device management page, the device is now Active and appears in the list of devices profiles.
