Batch user account creation - There is now a process to create multiple users who have the same permissions all at once. CSV templates are provided to assist the process. If the account to which the users are being added requires Client Auth Certificate login, administrators may optionally include the users x509 client auth cert in the upload.
Licensing updates - A section has been added to account detail pages called "Licenses".
Hosted users do not need to do anything. Eventually, each hosted account will display the various quantities licensed for each manager and track consumption of those units. These allotments will also be tracked for your account within each DigiCert ONE Manager.
Customers with on-premises deployments: This update will not immediately change issuance/signing; However, as new required platform license files are provided, the licensed total will need to be allocated across the accounts in the new License section, so that DigiCert ONE managers may continue issuing/signing.
Once any quantity of licensed items is consumed by an account, it will no longer be able to issue - if there are remaining quantities at the platform level, they may be allocated to that account.
If any total of platform licensed items is consumed by the accounts, no additional items may be issued or signed. Please contact your sales representative to renew and increase the license on your platform.

Client Authentication Cert login
Client auth login users can now enroll with a Thales SafeNet 5110 and 5300 eTokens.
Client auth login users can now upload their own x509 certificate to be used for login.
