Secure Software Manager

New

Secure Software Manager click-to-sign client

With this release, Secure Software Manager introduces its first client that helps you sign software without the command line.

The client-side tool supports you as you set up credentials for authentication and helps to choose signing preferences such as signing key, certificate, and time-stamping. After you right-click a folder or file, you can choose to:

  • Sign immediately with defaults, or

  • Review and sign, which gives you a summary of what you will sign with the option to sign.

The client runs on Windows OS and supports signing of Microsoft file extensions including Authenticode, Mage, Nuget, and Java signing.

Fixes

Unable to sign with keyring downloaded from the user interface

Fixed an issue in public- and private-key association. This bug occurred when you downloaded and imported the GPG keyring from the user interface into your signing environment.

Users with audit log permissions can now see logs menu

Fixed an issue where users with both view and export audit log permissions were unable to see logs.
