Account Manager Patch: February 9, 2022

Tables - Table functionality updated to simplify filtering and searching. As a side-effect, the Administrator search no longer offers filtering by 'account'; this functionality will be returned in the near future.

Fixed an issue where editing an account's details would disable 2FA.
