Manage security Policies
Review and manage existing security policies, including their configuration, status, and enforcement.
View security policies
TocView configured security policies and their details:
In the AI Trust Manager menu, select Governance > Policies.
Select a policy on the Policies page to open and view its details.
Nota
The Policies page lists all configured policies, including default security policies provided by AI T. Default policies cannot be edited, disabled, or deleted.
Disable a policy
To stop the policy from being enforced while keeping its configuration:
In the AI Trust Manager menu, select Governance > Policies.
Select a policy on the Policies page to open and view its details.
Turn off the Enforcement toggle to disable policy enforcement.
Provide a Reason for disabling this policy, and select Apply.
The policy is no longer enforced for attached agents. You can turn on the enforcement later to enable policy enforcement.
Modify a policy configuration
Modifying a policy creates another version, preserving the existing version.
To update an existing policy configuration:
In the AI Trust Manager menu, select Governance > Policies.
Select a policy on the Policies page to open and view its details.
Select the Edit icon in the upper right.
Specify the Reason for change and make required changes to policy definition
Provide a Reason for disabling this policy, and select Apply.
The policy is no longer enforced for attached agents. You can turn on the Enforcement later to enable policy enforcement.
Delete a policy
Deleting a policy permanently removes it and all its versions. Agents currently attached with the policy will stop receiving its rules after the next bundle refresh.
Cuidado
This action cannot be undone. The policy and all its versions will be permanently deleted.
In the AI Trust Manager menu, select Governance > Policies.
Select a policy on the Policies page to open and view its details.
Select Delete in the upper right.
Provide a Reason for deleting this policy, and select Delete.
The policy is deleted and no longer enforced for attached agents.
Actions for security policies
Use these available actions to view, configure, manage, or remove policies:
Action | Description |

Enforcement: Enable/disable | Enable or disable enforcement of the policy for attached agents. |
Refresh | Refresh the policy bundle to apply the latest policy changes. |
Edit | Modify the policy configuration. Changes are saved as a new policy version. |
Delete | Permanently remove the policy and all its versions. |
General policy details
View key details about the policy, including its type, priority, current version, and scope:

Type | Indicates the type or category of the policy. |
Priority | Determines the order in which the policy is evaluated relative to other policies. |
Current version | Shows the latest version of the policy. |
Applies to | Shows the agents or environments to which the policy applies. |
Detailed policy information
View the policy definition, associated profiles, and version history:
