Manage pending and expired invitations

Track and manage the status of user invitations from Account > User Invitations.

Invitation statuses

  • Invitation sent: The invitation was emailed and is awaiting acceptance

  • Needs administrator approval: The user accepted the invitation and requires approval

  • Expired: The invitation is no longer valid

Accepted invitation expires if not approved

Invitation record removed

Notice

Resending an invitation does not reset the original expiration date. If an invitation has expired, send a new one.

Resend a pending invitation

  1. In the CertCentral main menu, go to Account > User Invitations.

  2. Locate the pending invitation.

  3. Select Resend invitation.
