Build or edit an Orders report

Build an Orders report to generate a certificate-level inventory showing status, start dates, end dates, and other order details across your account.

Before you begin

You must have Administrator access to use the Report Library.

Build the report

  1. In the CertCentral main menu, go to Reports > Build a report.

  2. Select Orders as the report category and select Next.

  3. In the Specify certificate requested date range menu, select a date range or select All certificates to current date.

  4. Under Choose columns and filters, select the order and certificate details to include.

  5. Under Set column order, arrange columns as required.

  6. Under Schedule report, select one of the following:

    • Once: runs immediately. You can manually run it again from the Report Library page.

    • Weekly: select the day of the week and when you want the last report to run.

    • Monthly: select the day of the month and when you want the last report to run.

  7. In Notify additional users, add any administrators to notify when the report is ready.

  8. Choose the file format and enter a report name. Select Build report.

When the report is ready, its status changes from Generating to Ready. Select Actions > Download to download the report.

Notice

Reports are stored for 90 days. Download the report locally to maintain permanent access.

Edit an Orders report

  1. Select the report name. In the Report details window, select Edit report.

  2. Select Next.

  3. Add or remove columns and reorder them as required. Select Next.

  4. On the Schedule report page, modify the schedule and file format as required.

  5. To save as a new report without overwriting the original, select Save as new report and enter a new name.

  6. Enter a report name and select Build report.

When the report is ready, its status changes from Generating to Ready. Select Actions > Download to download the report.

Dica

To create a new report based on an existing report's configuration, select the arrow next to the Download button and select Build a new report from this template.
