Audit logs

Account Manager is where you come to review audit logs for DigiCert ONE. The audit logs are a history of actions that occur in your account. To see the audit logs, visit the Audit events page.

View audit logs

  1. In DigiCert ONE, in the Manager menu (top right), select Account.

  2. In the Account Manager menu, select Reporting > Logging.

  3. On the Audit events page, use the filters to search the log.

  4. Option 1: Use the page filters to search the audit logs

    1. In the Filter by column dropdown, select the column for your search; see table below.

    2. In the Filter by value dropdown, select the column value for your search; see table below.

    3. To refine the search, select + (add icon) and select another column and value.

  5. Option 2: Use the table filters

    1. On the Date and Status columns, use the arrows to sort by date and status: Success or Failure

    2. Select the magnifying glass (search icon), enter a value, and select Search.

    3. To clear the search, select the magnifying glass (search icon) and select Reset.
