Additional Windows requirements
The DigiCert Software KeyStore requires Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2022 (x64):
The Visual C++ Redistributable software package must be installed before installing the Windows version of the DigiCert Trust Assistant application. Check the official Microsoft documentation for details and download links.
If not already installed, DigiCert recommends having your Windows system administrator push the Visual C++ Redistributable package to applicable client workstations in bulk via GPO or a similar software distribution solution.
On-premises DigiCert ONE customers
For on-premises DigiCert ONE customers who want to install certificates from Trust Lifecycle Manager to DigiCert Trust Assistant, you need to reach out to DigiCert representative to have the license enabled for your domain. If not, DigiCert Trust Assistant will fail during the enrollment process.
