Integration overview
DigiCert® Trust Lifecycle Manager supports integration with ServiceNow using an app available from the following page in the ServiceNow Store:

Supported certificate templates
Select Manage > Templates in the Trust Lifecycle Manager main menu to see the complete list of certificate templates assigned to your account.
Certificate templates that show ServiceNow integration in the Use cases column can be used to build profiles for requesting certificates through the ServiceNow app. See the below table for a summary of the supported templates.
To work with ServiceNow, you must select one of the supported enrollment/authentication methods shown in the table when creating your certificate profiles.
To get certificates from an issuing CA in DigiCert® CertCentral, you need a CA connector. A connector is not required to use issuing CAs in CA Manager.
