You will receive an email with a subject line of Sign with your digital ID. You are required to enter the QR Code, server link and user ID in the email to reconfigure your Go>Sign Mobile application.
To reconfigure Go>Sign Mobile account:
Open Go>Sign Mobile application on registered mobile device.
Select the Hamburger icon > Deregister.
Select the Settings icon > Scan QR Code to scan the QR code in the email. Or manually change the default server link.
Nota
Ensure that you scan the new QR code to reconfigure your account. Old default server link does not change when you deregister.
Select Save.
Return to the main screen and add new user ID: (For example: xyz@company.com)
Enter one-time passwords (OTPs) received via email and text in the Go>Sign Mobile application registration screen.
Select Verify.
