To make it easier to plan your certificate and service-related tasks, here’s the DigiCert global 2026 maintenance schedule. We update the schedule as new maintenance information becomes available. For example, if there are maintenance-related service downtimes during a maintenance window.

Plan your certificate and service-related tasks accordingly:

  • Schedule high-priority certificate-related tasks, such as renewals, and signings (code and documents) before the maintenance windows or afterward.

  • Expect interruptions if you use APIs for immediate certificate issuance and automated tasks.

  • Subscribe to the DigiCert Status page for live maintenance updates. This subscription includes email alerts for when maintenance begins and ends.

  • If you have questions or need more information on CertCentral products, contact your account manager or CertCentral Support at DigiCert Support.

How does this affect my DigiCert ONE services?

The maintenance affecting DigiCert ONE in our India location begins at 22:00 MDT (04:00 UTC). At this time, DigiCert ONE will be down for approximately two hours.

API note

  • APIs may return "503 services unavailable" errors.

  • Requests placed during this window that receive a "503 services unavailable" error message must be placed again when services are restored.

Maintenance-related downtime and service degradation for CertCentral, DigiCert ONE in our India location, and Content Trust Manager in our DigiCert ONE United States location.

Service impact

CertCentral in our United States location

CertCentral will be unavailable or experience service degradation for approximately 30 minutes total during the maintenance window. This unavailability or service degradation will happen in two 15-minute periods:

  • Part 1: Starting at 22:00 MDT / 04:00 UTC, CertCentral will be unavailable or experience service degradation for approximately 15 minutes

  • Part 2: Starting at 22:45 MDT / 04:45 UTC, CertCentral will again be unavailable or experience service degradation for approximately 15 minutes.

    Nota

    This work doesn’t affect our Certificate Issuing Service (CIS), CertCentral Simple Certificate Enrollment Protocol (SCEP), or CertCentral Europe.

DigiCert® ONE and its Managers in our India location

DigiCert® ONE in our India location will be unavailable for approximately two hours, starting at 22:00 MDT / 04:00 UTC.

Content Trust Manager in our DigiCert ONE United States location

  • Certificate issuance

    Certificate issuance will be unavailable or experience service degradation for approximately 30 minutes total during the maintenance window. This unavailability or service degradation will happen in two approximately 15-minute periods:

    • Part 1: Starting at 22:00 MDT / 04:00 UTC Certificate issuance will be unavailable or experience service degradation for approximately 15 minutes.

    • Part 2: Starting at 22:45 MDT / 04:45 UTC Certificate issuance will again be unavailable or experience service degradation for approximately 15 minutes.

  • PrimoSign signing service

    The PrimoSign signing service will be unavailable for approximately 60 minutes, starting at 22:00 MDT / 04:00 UTC.

API impact

During the maintenance window, CertCentral and DigiCert® ONE APIs may return 503 Service Unavailable errors.

Requests that receive a 503 Service Unavailable error message must be submitted again when services are restored.

Before the maintenance window, we recommend that you complete or reschedule high-priority work.

  • Expect interruptions if you use the CertCentral APIs for immediate certificate issuance and automated tasks

DigiCert® ONE India-specific preparations

  • Schedule high-priority Trust Lifecycle Manager, Software Trust Manager, and code signing tasks before or after the maintenance window

  • Expect interruptions if you use the Trust Lifecycle Manager and Software Trust Manager APIs for automated tasks.

Content Trust Manager United States location-specific preparations

  • Certificate issuance

    • Schedule high-priority orders, renewals, and reissues before or after the maintenance window.

    • Schedule high-priority document signing tasks before or after the maintenance window.

    • Expect interruptions if you use the Content Trust Manager APIs for immediate certificate issuance and automated tasks.

  • PrimoSign signing service-specific preparations

    • Schedule high-priority PrimoSign document signing tasks before or after the maintenance window.

    • Expect interruptions if you use the PrimoSign API for automated tasks.
