Resend the authorized representative delegation request
Use this procedure to resend the delegation request email to an authorized representative who has not completed the one-time delegation approval. This applies to Qualified Website Authentication Certificate (QWAC), QWAC PSD2, and PKIo Private Services Server certificates.
The email subject line is: "Request to delegate authority for approving EU TLS orders."
Resend the delegation request
In the CertCentral (Europe) main menu, go to Account > Users or Account > Service Users.
On the Users or Service Users page, select the user or service user.
On the user or service user details page, under Authorized representative delegation, find the authorized representative linked to the request.
Next to the "garbage can" icon, select the "refresh" icon to resend the email.
CertCentral Europe resends the email to the authorized representative so they can complete the one-time delegation approval.
