Enable 30-day device verification for OTP app authentication
Allow users who authenticate with an OTP app to remember a trusted device for 30 days. After 30 days, the user must enter their verification code again and can choose to remember the device for another 30 days.
Before you begin
You must have Administrator access to configure authentication settings.
Important
This setting applies to OTP app authentication only. It does not apply to OTP email verification.
Enable 30-day device verification
In the CertCentral main menu, go to Settings > Authentication Settings.
Select the Default settings tab.
Under One-time password (OTP) settings, enable Remember verification for 30 days.
Select Save.
The next time a user with OTP app authentication signs in, they see the Remember verification on this computer option when entering their OTP code.
