Revoke user access
If a user is no longer needed, a DigiCert® Document Trust Manager user with Client admin (AS), DTM admin (SS) or Validation specialist (SS) permissions can revoke access.
To revoke user access to DigiCert® Document Trust Manager, follow these steps:
1. Delete validation in DigiCert® Document Trust Manager
When you delete a validation, all credentials connected to it are revoked.
To delete a validation:

In the DigiCert® Document Trust Manager menu, select Validations > Validations.
Hover over the validation you want to delete, select More actions > Delete validation.
A pop-up window will appear. From the dropdown menu, select the reason for deleting validation.
