Upgrade to true-Sign V 4.1.0

DigiCert​​®​​ will stop supporting older versions of true-Sign V on April 26, 2024.

If you are a current true-Sign V user in DigiCert​​®​​ Document Trust Manager, you are required to upgrade to the latest true-Sign V version 4.1.0 before Friday, 26 April 2024 due to potent compatibility issues with Windows.

What’s different in true-Sign V 4.1.0?

true-Sign V 4.1.0, a Windows program that is required for electronically signing documents with DigiCert​​®​​ Document Trust Manager, uses WebView2 for the embedded browser. WebView2 control uses Microsoft Edge as the rendering engine to display web content. This solves any compatibility issues with future updates to your DigiCert ONE IdP web pages or external IdPs.

To upgrade to true-Sign V 4.1.0:

  1. Sign in to DigiCert ONE.

  2. Navigate to Document Trust > Resources > Client tool repository.

  3. Select the download icon next to true-Sign V - 64 bit.

  4. Run the installer.

Linked certificates will appear automatically once the latest version is installed. There is no further action needed.
