Assign users to divisions

Divisions allow you to control further what users can see and do within DigiCert​​®​​ IoT Trust Manager. When you add a user to a division, they can only see the items listed below based on the division you assigned them to:

  • Device profiles

  • Devices

  • Enrollment profiles

  • Certificates

  • Enrollment passcodes

  • Imported jobs

Assign a user to a division

  1. In DigiCert ONE®, in the Manager menu (top right), select DigiCert​​®​​ IoT Trust Manager.

  2. In the DigiCert​​®​​ IoT Trust Manager menu, select Divisions.

  3. On the divisions page, select the name of the division to assign the user to.

  4. On the division details page, in the Assign users to the division section, use the dropdown to select the users to assign to the division.

What's next

Users can see and access items based on the division to which you assigned them.
