Link your DigiCert ONE account
If you have a DigiCert ONE account, we recommend linking your accounts to rely on one set of credentials to access all of your DigiCert services.
Follow these steps to link your account:
To link your DigiCert ONE account
Note
The account administrator must begin the linking process. Once the administrator links their account, other users in the account can consolidate their credentials and access services with one click through their DigiCert® account.
Sign in to your DigiCert® account.
In the DigiCert® account menu, select the Services icon.
Select the service you want to link.
Tip
If the service you want to access is not listed on this page, contact your account administrator to enable the service for you.
On the sign in page, provide your credentials for the service you’re trying to access.
Select Link account.
Note
Once linked, you can access this service via your DigiCert® account without needing to provide your credentials again.
Troubleshooting
The following errors may occur during account linking:
Proceed without linking
Cause:
This message appears once your account administrator hasn’t yet linked their DigiCert ONE account to the DigiCert® account (single login experience).
Solution:
Ask your account administrator to follow the account linking procedure.
Once they link their account, you can retry linking yours.
Alternatively, you can select Proceed without linking as a temporary workaround.
Note
This requires you to manually sign in to the service each time.
Username already exists
Cause:
This error occurs when your DigiCert ONE username conflicts with a username that exists in DigiCert® account (the single login experience). The system can’t finish the linking because both systems have a user with the same username, but they aren’t yet associated.
Solution:
To resolve this conflict, you must temporarily change your DigiCert ONE username before attempting to link your account again:
Sign in to DigiCert ONE.
In the top-right corner, select the profile icon > Admin profile
Select the Edit icon.
In the Username field, make a change.
Tip
Once you link your account, your DigiCert® account username overrides this username, so you can make a random change like removing or adding a character.
Select Update profile.
Upon your next sign in, select Link your account.
