Resend user invitation email
When you create a user, the user is sent a Welcome to DigiCert email from no-reply@digicert.com with a link to create their credentials to sign-in. This link expires after 72 hours.
If the link has expired or the user cannot locate the email, you can resend this email to them.
To locate users with expired invitations
Sign in to your DigiCert® account.
In the DigiCert® account menu, go to the Access icon.
In the Status column, select the filter icon.
From the filter list, select Pending to view all users with expired invitations.
To resend the account invitation
Sign in to your DigiCert® account.
In the DigiCert® account menu, go to the Access icon.
Identify the user whose invitation you want to resend and hover over their name.
Select the Resent invitation email icon.
