Seat usage limits (platform-level)

Seat usage limits at the platform level depend on your DigiCert® ONE deployment type:

  • DigiCert-hosted: Seat usage has a soft limit. You can exceed your initial platform license allocation. You only pay for what you use.

  • Customer-hosted: Seat usage has a hard limit. You cannot exceed the number of seats defined in your platform license agreement.
