Dashboard
On June 8, 2023, DigiCert® Software Trust Manager released a new and improved dashboard that allows you to filter your data by your contract term, team, or a specific user. You can use this feature to identify an overview of:
Actions awaiting your approval in the account.
New features, bug fixes, enhancements, and industry changes that may affect you.
Which resources is being used the most or least.
Consumption recommendations to ensure that you do not exceed your contract terms.
View dashboard
To view the dashboard:
Sign in to DigiCert ONE.
Navigate to: Manager menu icon (top right) > Software Trust.
Select Dashboard.
Pending approvals
Check this section to confirm if any actions in the account requires your approval to proceed.
To view pending approvals
Sign in to DigiCert ONE.
Navigate to: Manager menu icon (top right) > Software Trust.
Select Dashboard.
Click on the number below one of the following to view a filtered list of pending approvals.

Description
Keypair export
Your approval is required before your team member can export a keypair.
Keypair delete
Your approval is required before your team member can delete a keypair.
Certificate revocation
Your approval is required before your team member can revoke a certificate.
Offline release
Your approval is required before your team member can create an offline release.
GPG secring export
Your approval is required before your team member can export a GPG secring.
GPG subkey delete
Your approval is required before your team member can delete a GPG subkey.
GPG master key delete
Your approval is required before your team member can delete a GPG master key.
Approve or reject each request.
License use
Use this section to assess if you are at risk of exceeding your allotted units in your contract.
License type | Description |

Every hash that you sign will consume one signature unit. The first number shows how much signature units you have used compared to the number of signature units were allocated to you in your contract. NoteThe signature units calculation shown in the dashboard is based on the contact term you have selected within the dashboard. | |
Every keypair that you store of our HSM consumes one HSM keypair unit. The first number shows how many keypairs you have stored on our HSM compared to the number of keypairs you have requested to store on our HSMs in your contract. NoteThe HSM keypair units calculation shown in the dashboard is based on your account lifespan because these units do not expire. | |
Threat detection units | The first number shows how many MB you have used to scan your software compared to the number of MBs you were allocated to scan with in your contract. |
Signatures used
To avoid overages, use this graph to assess if your trend in signatures unit consumption will exceed the amount of signatures allocated in your contract.
Use the following descriptions to interpret the graph:
Key | Description |
---|---|
Recommended usage of remaining units | The average of the amount of signatures you should use every month to avoid exceeding the signature amount allocated to you in your contract. |
Above recommended usage | You have used more than the expected amount signature units for a given month and if you continue to sign at this volume, you are at risk of exceeding the amount of signatures allocated to you in your contract and will incur overages. |
Success | Successful signatures. |
Failed | Attempted signatures that failed. |
Releases
Use this section to determine how your company consumes releases based on your filters.
To view more information regarding releases:
Sign in to DigiCert ONE.
Navigate to: Manager menu icon (top right) > Software Trust.
Select Dashboard.
Click on the number below one of the following options to view a filtered list of related releases.
Identifier
Description
Approved
Approval was received to create this release, however the release period has not begun yet.
In progress
The release is currently in progress.
Pending approval
The release requires approval to be created.
Rejected
The release was rejected. Click on the number below to view who requested and rejected the release.
Failed
The release failed.
Expired
The release period has passed.
Finished
The release was completed successfully.
Keypairs created
Use this graph to determine the amount and types of keypairs were created based on your selected filters.
Identifier | Description |
---|---|
Online | The amount of keypairs with an Online status, this means it can be used to sign anytime. |
Offline | The amount of keypairs with an Offline status, this means it can only be used to sign during a scheduled release. |
Expired | The amount of keypairs that are expired. |
Certificates issued
Use this graph to determine the amount of certificates issued based on your selected filters.
Identifier | Description |
---|---|
Active | The amount of certificates that are still active (not expired). |
Revoked | The amount of certificates that are revoked. |
Expired | The amount of certificates that are expired. |
GPG keypairs
Use this graph to determine the amount of GPG keypairs were created based on your filters.
Identifier | Description |
---|---|
Online | The amount of keypairs with an Online status, this means it can be used to sign anytime. |
Offline | The amount of keypairs with an Offline status, this means it can only be used to sign during a scheduled release. |
Expired | The amount of keypairs that are expired. |
