View enrollments
The default system view for Inventory > Enrollments is described below. Use the standard view inventory functions to filter, customize, and save your own custom views.
Default system view
The default system view is All enrollments. It includes data about all requests to enroll new certificates in your account. Note that:
The Status column shows the current enrollment status.
By default, the data is filtered to show requests with a status of
Pending
,Pending 2nd approval
, orIn Progress
, as these are the requests most likely to require immediate attention.
View enrollment details
To view more details about an enrollment request, select the Seat ID from the Inventory > Enrollments table. Enrollment details include the:
Enrollment and authentication methods
Certificate attributes and requestor email
Metadata about the request (comments and internal notes)
Information about the corresponding seat record in Trust Lifecycle Manager
Dashboard shortcuts
In your account dashboard, the Pending requests widget shows the number of enrollment requests that require manual approval and have a current status of Pending
or Pending 2nd approval
.
Select the links here to load the corresponding enrollments into Inventory > Enrollments, where you can take further action on them.
