Balance History

View your account's balance adjustment history from the Finances > Balance History page. For a detailed report with date ranges and export options, build a balance history report from the Report library.

View balance history

  • In the CertCentral menu, go to Finances > Balance History.

The Balance History page shows all deposits, debits, and adjustments made to your account balance.

Build a balance history report

Run a balance history report to get an overview of your finances and account balance. Reports are only stored for 90 days — download the report locally to keep it. Building your report can take more than an hour depending on its size. The report continues to build if you leave the page or sign out of CertCentral. You receive an email notification when it is available.

  1. In the CertCentral menu, go to Reports > Build a report.

  2. Select Balance history from the reports category list and select Next.

  3. From the Specify date range dropdown, select the time frame for the report.

  4. In the Choose sources section, select the subaccounts to include or exclude.

  5. Select Build report.
